The 2021 Blazer will feature 2 rounds of the 20 hole tournament layout. We will be implementing safety precautions due to Covid-19. We will NOT be having any sort of player meeting, and we will be using PDGA Live Scoring and UDisc Live for scoring. There will be an Amateur player pack, contents have not been decided, to guarantee a player pack, please register by Oct 18. There will be no official trophy ceremony. Amateurs can pick up their trophy after all cards for their division have been counted, and Pro player payout will be done virtually.
After round 2, there will be an ace pool throw-off if no ace has been hit during the event.
We will be continuing our tradition of a raffle. However, we will be taking precautions to ensure safety during prize distribution. For the first time tickets will be available in advance of the event. Feel free to buy them during registration, and you may email if you would like more.
"I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless The Blazer at Boyd Hill, Stuart Neal and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event.
